The company identified above operates CouchCircle and is responsible for the personal information processed for this service. This policy covers couchcircle.xyz and couchcircle-vicky.vickygogogo.chatgpt.site, including profiles, hosting, community features, fundraising plans and verification integrations. Privacy questions and requests: admin@couchcircle.xyz.

2. Information we receive / 我们接收的信息

Sign-in provides a site-specific account identifier and may provide your email and display or full name. The application stores your identifier with records you create; it does not receive your ChatGPT, Apple or Google password. Information you choose to submit includes your display name, introduction, avatar, city, hosting preferences, availability, house rules, home descriptions and photos; fundraising story, budget, goal, currency, deadline and publication status; and saved messages, test requests, group or meal entries, reports and block choices. Hosting infrastructure receives information needed to deliver requests, such as IP addresses, browser/device information and request or error logs.

3. Why we use information / 处理目的

We use information to authenticate accounts, save and display your submissions, apply your publication choices, operate community features, prevent misuse, troubleshoot failures, respond to support or rights requests and meet applicable legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, this may be providing the service you request, your consent for optional processing, compliance with legal duties, or legitimate operational and security interests where permitted by law. We will obtain separate or explicit consent when required for sensitive information or other regulated processing. Optional verification or location access is not enabled by merely reading this policy.

我们为账户登录、保存和展示您提交的内容、执行发布选择、提供社区功能、防止滥用、排查故障、处理支持或权利请求及履行适用法律义务而使用信息。依法需要处理依据时，包括提供您请求的服务、对可选处理取得同意、履行法定义务，以及法律允许的正当运营与安全利益。涉及敏感信息或其他受特别规制的处理时，我们将在法律要求下另行或明确征得同意。仅阅读本政策不会开启可选验证或位置访问。

4. Public and private content / 公开与非公开内容

When you enable hosting and save a complete profile, the public listing includes your display name, introduction, avatar, city, home title and description, photos, availability, hosting conditions and verification badge if applicable. Published fundraising plans expose the story, title, budget, goal, currency and deadline to visitors, including people without an account. These pages may be indexed or copied. Draft fundraisers and nonpublished homes are not included in the public feeds. Nonpublic records remain accessible to you and to authorized service operations where needed; do not treat saved messages or drafts as encrypted private storage. Avoid exact private addresses, identity documents, financial account details and other people’s personal data in your submissions.

5. Persona identity verification / Persona 身份验证

Identity verification is available only when configured and enabled. If you start it, CouchCircle sends its account reference to Persona to create an inquiry and directs you to Persona’s verification flow. Depending on the configured checks, Persona may request identity details, a government ID, a selfie or liveness information and may process facial geometry or other biometric information. Review Persona’s notice and any required consent before proceeding. The current CouchCircle integration stores the inquiry identifier and verification status; it does not copy ID-document images, selfies or facial templates into its application database or photo bucket. Persona separately processes submitted verification data under its notices and the applicable service arrangement. This policy does not claim that verification is currently enabled or that provider-held data is immediately deleted.

6. Phone checks, location and browser storage / 手机验证、位置与浏览器存储

If phone verification is enabled and you request it, your phone number and verification code are sent to Twilio Verify. The current application stores a successful result and the last four digits, rather than the full phone number in the verification record. If you grant browser location permission, the current map feature uses coordinates in browser memory for distance calculations; its code does not save those coordinates to the records database. You can deny or revoke this permission. Your language choice is saved as cc-language in local storage. Authentication and hosting providers may use cookies needed for sign-in, security and service delivery. The current application does not include advertising trackers or an advertising-sale workflow.

7. Providers, disclosures and international processing / 服务商、披露与跨境处理

CouchCircle uses OpenAI Sites/ChatGPT for hosting integration and sign-in, Cloudflare Workers and D1 for application execution and records, and Cloudflare R2 for uploaded photos. Persona and Twilio process verification information only when their respective features are enabled and used. Providers may process operational data in countries other than yours; this policy does not promise storage exclusively in Mainland China or any single region. We must meet applicable requirements, including information, consent or transfer safeguards where required, before regulated processing or transfers. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or rights claims, subject to applicable law. We do not authorize public access to private records merely because a provider hosts them.

CouchCircle 使用 OpenAI Sites／ChatGPT 进行托管集成及登录，使用 Cloudflare Workers 和 D1 执行应用与保存记录，使用 Cloudflare R2 存储上传照片。Persona 与 Twilio 仅在相应功能启用并被使用时处理验证信息。服务商可能在您所在国家之外处理运营数据；本政策不承诺信息仅存储于中国大陆或某一特定地区。在开展受规制的处理或传输前，我们须满足适用要求，包括依法需要的告知、同意或传输保障。信息也可能在法律要求或处理欺诈、安全事件、权利主张所必需时依法披露。服务商托管私人记录并不意味着我们授权公众访问这些记录。

8. Retention and deletion / 保存与删除

Records and uploaded files are retained to provide the service and handle relevant support, safety or legal matters. The current application has no automatic expiry or self-service permanent account deletion. Saving a profile can retain previous versions; removing a photo from a profile or unpublishing a home or fundraiser changes visibility but does not automatically erase the underlying file or record. To request access, correction, removal of an upload, or deletion of account data, email the privacy contact. We will assess the request, verify account ownership as needed, and respond and take action within applicable legal time limits. Data required for a specific legal obligation or unresolved dispute may need to be retained with restricted use. Provider logs and backups may have separate retention lifecycles; we do not promise instant erasure from every backup or from copies made by other visitors. For verification data held by Persona, identify that in your request so it can be addressed with the provider.

9. Your choices and rights / 您的选择与权利

You can edit your profile, disable hosting and save to unlist your home, or unpublish a fundraiser. You can decline optional verification and location access, and clear browser storage or manage cookies in your browser; doing so may affect sign-in or preferences. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent, and complain to a competent data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect lawful processing before withdrawal. Contact admin@couchcircle.xyz and describe the request and the account involved. Do not email identity-document images or passwords. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and are not waived by using CouchCircle.

您可编辑资料、关闭接待并保存以撤下房源，或撤回筹款发布。您可拒绝可选验证和位置访问，也可在浏览器中清理本地存储或管理 Cookie，但可能影响登录或偏好。依据适用法律，您可能享有访问、复制、更正、删除、限制处理、反对、可携带、撤回同意等权利，并可向有权个人信息保护机关投诉。撤回同意不影响撤回前已合法进行的处理。请向 admin@couchcircle.xyz 描述请求及相关账户，勿发送证件图片或密码。上述权利受适用条件约束，不因使用 CouchCircle 而放弃。

10. Security, children and policy updates / 安全、未成年人及政策更新

We use access controls to separate account records and apply publication rules to uploaded photos. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please report suspected unauthorized access to the contact above. CouchCircle accounts are intended for adults aged 18 or over; we do not invite children to create accounts or submit personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information. Material changes to processing will be reflected in this policy and communicated or submitted for consent where required. The date above identifies this version. English and Chinese text are intended to convey the same policy.
