1. Operator and scope / 运营主体与适用范围
These Terms of Service govern your use of CouchCircle at couchcircle.xyz and its official hosted address, couchcircle-vicky.vickygogogo.chatgpt.site. The service is operated by the company identified above (“CouchCircle”, “we”, “us”). Please read these terms before creating an account or publishing content. If you do not agree, do not use account or publishing features. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
本服务条款适用于 couchcircle.xyz 及官方托管地址 couchcircle-vicky.vickygogogo.chatgpt.site 上的 CouchCircle 服务，由上述公司运营（以下称“CouchCircle”或“我们”）。创建账户或发布内容前，请阅读本条款；如不同意，请勿使用账户或发布功能。个人信息处理方式见《隐私政策》。
2. Eligibility and accounts / 使用资格与账户
Account holders must be at least 18 and legally able to use the service. Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in account, and tell us about suspected misuse. Sign-in is provided through ChatGPT; CouchCircle does not receive your sign-in password. You are responsible for content and actions you authorize through your account. Do not impersonate others or create misleading verification claims.
账户持有人须年满 18 周岁并具备使用服务的相应资格。请提供准确资料、保护登录账户，并向我们报告疑似盗用。登录由 ChatGPT 提供，CouchCircle 不接收您的登录密码。您应对通过本人账户授权的内容和操作负责，不得冒充他人或伪造验证信息。
3. Current service and limitations / 当前服务与限制
CouchCircle is a community service for sharing hosting profiles, travel plans and local-life interests. Members can publish home listings and fundraising plans. Demonstration profiles and activities are labeled. Some messaging and booking screens currently save test requests rather than deliver or confirm a real arrangement. No booking is confirmed merely by saving a request. We are not the host, accommodation supplier, travel agent, insurer, emergency service or guarantor of another member’s conduct.
CouchCircle 为分享接待资料、旅行计划与当地生活兴趣的社区服务，支持发布房源与筹款计划。示例人物和活动均有标注。部分聊天及预约界面目前仅保存测试请求，并不实际送达或确认安排；保存请求不构成住宿确认。我们不是房东、住宿供应商、旅行社、保险机构、紧急救援机构，亦不为其他成员的行为担保。
4. Hosting, safety and conduct / 接待、安全与行为规范
Hosting is voluntary and accommodation offered through CouchCircle must be free; a stay must not depend on buying an experience or making a donation. Hosts must have authority to offer their space and comply with applicable housing and local requirements. Members must agree on any real arrangements directly. Do not post exact private addresses, identity documents or banking details in public content. Fraud, harassment, discrimination, threats, unlawful content, exploitation, unauthorized data collection and infringement of others’ rights are prohibited. Meet cautiously and contact local emergency services when in danger. A verification badge is not a background check or a guarantee of safety.
接待出于自愿，通过 CouchCircle 提供的住宿须免费，不得以购买体验或捐款作为住宿条件。接待者须有权提供场所，并遵守适用的住房及当地规定。实际安排应由双方直接确认。请勿在公开内容中发布私人详细地址、身份证件或银行资料。禁止欺诈、骚扰、歧视、威胁、违法内容、剥削、未经授权收集数据及侵害他人权利。见面请谨慎，遇险请联系当地紧急服务。验证徽章不代表背景调查或安全保证。
5. Identity and phone verification / 身份与手机验证
Verification is available only when the corresponding provider is configured and enabled. When enabled, Persona may conduct identity and liveness checks, and Twilio Verify may conduct phone verification. Read the notices and consent requests shown in that provider’s flow before submitting information. A badge reflects the verification result received by CouchCircle, not a guarantee of a person’s honesty, eligibility for every activity or ongoing conduct. Do not submit identity evidence through profile photos, messages or email.

6. Fundraising, prices and payments / 筹款、费用与支付
Published fundraising plans are user-generated statements, not approved investment products, charitable solicitations endorsed by CouchCircle or promises of returns. Organizers must describe their purpose and budget truthfully and have permission to use any third-party stories or images. Publishing does not imply identity verification or platform approval. The current service does not collect donations, process membership or experience payments, hold funds, or provide escrow. No donation receipt or tax deduction is promised. Any future payment service must disclose applicable recipients, fees, payment terms and refund rules before a charge; these terms do not authorize a charge.
公开筹款计划为用户自行发布的陈述，不是经认可的投资产品、CouchCircle 背书的慈善募捐或收益承诺。发起人须如实说明目的与预算，使用第三方故事或照片前须取得相应许可。发布不代表身份核验或平台审核通过。当前服务不收取捐款，不处理会员或体验付款，不保管资金，也不提供托管。不承诺捐赠凭证或税务抵扣。未来如开通支付，须在收费前说明收款方、费用、付款及退款规则；本条款不构成扣款授权。
7. Your content and publication / 用户内容与公开发布
You retain your rights in your content. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display it to provide the service, according to your publication choices. Only upload content you are entitled to use. Enabling hosting and saving a complete profile publishes the listed home information, introduction, avatar and home photos; disabling hosting and saving removes it from the public listing. Fundraisers remain private drafts until you choose to publish. Unpublishing removes a plan from public display, but does not itself erase stored records, prior profile versions or uploaded files. See the Privacy Policy for deletion requests. Other people may retain copies of content they already accessed.

8. Reports, restrictions and ending use / 举报、限制与停止使用
Contact the address below for support, privacy requests, rights complaints or abuse reports. We may review relevant records and restrict access to or remove content when needed to address misuse, unlawful conduct, security incidents or legal obligations. Review and support are not an emergency or continuously staffed service. You may stop using CouchCircle and request deletion of your account data by email. We may need to verify that a request concerns your own account without asking you to email identity documents.
服务支持、隐私请求、权利投诉或滥用举报可发送至下方邮箱。为处理滥用、违法行为、安全事件或法律义务，我们可能审查相关记录、限制访问或移除内容。审核与支持不是紧急救援或全天候值守服务。您可停止使用，并通过邮件请求删除账户数据。我们可能需要确认请求涉及您自己的账户，但不会要求您通过邮件发送身份证件。
9. Availability, responsibility and mandatory rights / 可用性、责任与法定权利
The service may change, be interrupted or contain errors. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of other members’ statements. Each party remains responsible for its own conduct under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer or privacy rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable remedies for our own misconduct. For a dispute, contact us first if practical; this does not prevent you from using competent authorities or courts available under applicable law. No mandatory arbitration or exclusive foreign forum is imposed by these terms.
服务可能调整、中断或存在错误。我们不保证持续可用，也不保证其他成员陈述准确。各方依适用法律对自身行为承担责任。本条款不排除依法不得排除的责任、消费者权利或隐私权利，包括因我们自身不当行为产生的适用救济。发生争议时，如可行可先联系我们；这不妨碍您依法向有权机关或法院寻求救济。本条款不设置强制仲裁或排他的境外管辖要求。
10. Changes and contact / 更新与联系
We will identify updates by the date shown on this page and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required for material changes. Changes do not retrospectively remove mandatory rights.
